For example, what value does a retailers mark-up add to the intrinsic value of a product? Or what value does expensive floor space add to a product. The answer is - NOTHING! The Value of Relationships We have happy, ongoing relationships with customers dating back to 1973. The term "End User" sounds mercenary. For us our "End Users" are a group of special people and our dealings with them have constituted a happy part of life. For ALL people - the rule is self respect, mutual respect and open and honest relationships. |
